FIELD-LOG
Creative Direction & Photography
(click the bold title for a surprise!)
FIELD-LOG is the story of two passionate creatives in search of a true, deep, curated exploration. It all started when Annick Saralegui - aka toughcookie, aka Anni, FIELD-LOG’s Executive Chief Director - reached out to me. Her intention was to figure out a way to give both recognition and opportunity to artisian work in latin america.
After many coffees and conversations as we both constructed a team flow, we decided to jump into one of the biggest challenges we have both faced so far as creatives, we launched a book.
Context. Anni is a very well educated graphic designer, she has a very elevated bank of references and has one of the best tastes I’ve encounetered. She handled the graphic part of the project of course.
On my responsability falls the creative visual proposal of FIELD-LOG. Obviously cooperated with Anni in this, but everything from a color pallete, color grading, visual narrative and image usage was the exploration proposed from my part. I will forever be thankful for this huge opportunity, thanks Annick. For allowing to work and be part of this journey. (All shot medium format film).
