Since FIELD-LOG’s intention was to give artisian work its responsable recognition and a broadwide opportunity showcase, we as the FIELD-LOG teams identified that if any person who reached FIELD-LOG would actually want to contact amy of this artisian talleres, how would that actually work? Because of course, it would be amazing that if a brand reached out to any of this talleres for a run of some of their crafts.
So we decided to go on an took ourselves that first step. We designed a prototype of what could probably be a product from a high fashion brand. We designed a belt with a functional use. Camera operation. Inspirted on our shots around latin america carrying the mamiya rb67, a medium format somehow big and heavy camera from the 70’s.
